The Ian Fleming Foundation is a nonprofit corporation
dedicated to the preservation of all things dealing with the life of author Ian
Fleming. The Foundation is incorporated in California as a public benefit
nonprofit organization and has status with the United States Internal Revenue
Service as a charitable nonprofit organization as provided by tax code 501(c)3.
As such, we derive much of our principle income from donations and
contributions, both corporate and private.
The Ian Fleming Foundation is dedicated to the study of all things dealing with
the life of author Ian Fleming, his literary works, and his impact on the
culture of the 20th Century. The organization's goals are to establish a
permanent museum and research center as well as a literary scholarship program.
The Foundation's board of directors is currently made up of seven individuals:
president is the former literary agent to Ian Fleming and longtime chairman
(retired) of Ian Fleming Publications Ltd., Mr. Peter Janson-Smith of
the UK; vice-president and founding member Doug Redenius; David Reinhardt of
Toronto, Canada; James Bond novelist and writer, Raymond Benson; graphic
designer, magazine publisher, and author Dave Worrall of the UK; Brad Frank; and founding member
Dr. Michael Van Blaricum.
The Ian Fleming Foundation provides assistance with research and consults on a
variety of issues relating to the history of Ian Fleming and his literary and
film creation: James Bond.
All donations and contributions to The Ian Fleming Foundation are tax deductible
to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Ian Fleming Foundation was officially
incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1992. Tax ID # 77-031-3337.
